Yet another person was arrested and forcibly disappeared by Pakistani forces from Gwadar district of Balochistan on Thursday.
According to details, a person was picked up from a local bus from Zero-Point in Gwadar. who has been identified as Mohammad Azeem S/o Haji Saleh Mohammad residents of Malanth area of Tump.
As per his family, he was working in United Arab Emirates (UAE) from several years and was came for vocations. He was travelling earlier this morning from Karachi to his hometown while, the bus was stopped at Zero-point in Gwadar by the forces. He and his family female members were picked down from the local bus. later on the females member were released while he was moved to unknown locations.
In the past, many cases of the abduction of Baloch people residing in Gulf countries have been reported.
According to the reports, when these people come back to Balochistan on vacations to see their families, they get disappeared by security forces.
Enforced disappearances that started in the early 2000s have never slowed down in Balochistan, in fact, dramatic surge has been observed in the number of people going missing with each coming year.
International campaign groups including Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International accuse Pakistani security forces as the culprits of these illegal abductions.
